From Logo To Stitches

01Digitize
Your logo is turned into a stitch file: every stitch, color and direction mapped for the garment you picked.

02Hoop & Stitch
Caps go on cap frames, shirts and jackets into hoops, and the heads stitch your logo color by color.

03Finish & Pick Up
Loose threads trimmed and backing removed, then it’s ready for you at the shop in Newhall Square.
Our Machines

Barudan Multi-Heads
A row of heads stitches the same logo on several pieces at once, so a full run of caps or shirts comes off together.

Cap Frames
Caps go on Barudan cap frames for the front, the sides and the back.

Flat Hoops
Shirts, aprons and bags are hooped flat under the same Barudan heads.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can you embroider?
Caps, polos, work shirts, jackets, hoodies, bags and towels, from our catalog or brought in by you. Leather and jerseys too: text a photo first.
What file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A clear PNG or JPG works, and a photo of a shirt or a sign is fine to start.
Do you digitize my logo?
Yes. Every logo is turned into a stitch file before it is stitched, so it sews cleanly on the garment you picked.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Bring the bag, jacket or uniform you already have. See Bring Your Own.
How do I get a price?
Send your project from this site or text the shop a photo of your logo. Modesto quotes by text or call, based on the items, the quantity and the decoration.
Which machines do you use?
Barudan embroidery machines, in the shop at Newhall Square, 24811 Railroad Ave, Unit J.
