Your Details, Kept Simple
What we collect when you send us a project, where it is kept, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
Updated October 23, 2026
What we collect
Only what you type or attach in the project builder:
- your name and business name;
- your mobile number and email, and how you'd like us to reach you;
- the items, sizes, colors and quantities you pick, your notes and your need-by date;
- logo and artwork files, and photos of items you bring in;
- a names list, if your order has names on it (for a team, that can be players' names: send only what the order needs).
Where it is kept
While you build, a draft of your project is saved in your browser on this device, so you can come back to it. Once the shop has received it, the draft is cleared from this device; only your request number stays, so you can check where it stands. You can also clear the draft yourself with “Clear this project”.
Logos and photos you attach go to private file storage, and the project you send goes to a secure database, both in the United States.
When a request comes in, the shop gets an alert on its phone (a web push notification) and by email, sent through our email service, Resend. If you gave an email address, your confirmation is sent the same way.
If you choose to text or email the shop instead, your message travels through your own phone or email app.
Who sees it
MMM Embroidery and the small team that runs this website for them (Veylen Studios) can see your request, to help MMM answer it. We never sell or share it with anyone else.
We use it to quote and make your order, and to reach you about it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or as needed for your order records.
Files attached to a project that is never sent are deleted after 48 hours. Nightly backups are kept for 30 days.
Ask us to delete it
Text or email the shop and tell us the name or number you used:
- Text (626) 238-5156
- Email mmmembroidery@msn.com
To remove the copy on your own device, open your project and press “Clear this project”.
Analytics and cookies
To see how the site is used, we count visits with a simple first-party counter (Pulse, run by Veylen Studios, who run this website for MMM). It notes which pages are opened, where the visit came from (for example a Google search), whether it is a phone or a computer, how far a page is scrolled, and taps on things like Call, Text, Add to project and Send. It keeps a random number in your browser's storage so a return visit counts once. It does not use cookies, and it never records your name, phone, email or what your project says.
It does not run on the shop's own pages, on your quote, or on your request's status page. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Like any website, the services that deliver its pages and product photos see your device's internet address when they send them, and the product-photo service may set a short-lived security cookie of its own (it uses it to block automated traffic).
