Artwork Guide

What To Send Us

Send the best file you have. Every logo is turned into a stitch file (digitized) before the first stitch, so you don’t need a special format to start.

BestAI, EPS, SVG or PDF

The original logo file from whoever designed it. Clean edges, every color.

GoodHigh-resolution PNG or JPG

The bigger and sharper, the better. A tiny image pulled from a website is hard to read.

Fine To StartA photo of a shirt or a sign

No file at all? Snap the logo on a shirt, a cap or a sign, straight on and in good light.

Three Ways In

Start The Way That Fits

Every door opens the same project. Mix them if you like: blanks from our catalog and your own items in one request.

Good To Know

Questions, Answered

What can you do for me?

Embroidery is our core: we digitize your logo and stitch it here on our Barudan machines. We also do screen printing, DTF transfers and design help.

Caps, polos, tees, hoodies, jackets, bags, aprons, towels and more. See real jobs.

How do I get a quote?

Text a photo of your logo and what you need to (626) 238-5156, or build your project online and send it. Modesto quotes by text or call, based on the items, the quantity and the decoration.

What files do you accept?

Best: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. Good: a high-resolution PNG or JPG. Fine to start: a clear photo of the logo on a shirt or a sign. See the artwork guide.

Do I need a special file for embroidery?

No. Every logo is turned into a stitch file (digitized) before the first stitch. Send the best version you have.

Can I bring my own items?

Yes. People bring bags, jackets, uniforms, jerseys and leather. Text a photo of the item first, then bring it to the shop. Start with your item.

Can you add names and numbers?

Yes: names on jerseys, scrubs, caps, backpacks and towels. In the project builder you can paste your list, one line per piece.

Can you help with the design?

Yes. Need a logo cleaned up or made? Send what you have: a sketch, an old shirt, a photo of a sign.

Where do I pick up my order?

At the shop: 24811 Railroad Ave, Unit J, Newhall, in Newhall Square. Open Mon–Fri 9:30–6 (Thu till 5) · Sat 10–12, text first. We let you know when it’s ready. Directions and what to bring.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order: one piece or a thousand. Single pieces are welcome: a name on a bag, one jacket, a gift.

How fast can you make it?

Same-day, 24-hour and 48-hour service on many jobs: text us to check. For embroidery, order at least two days before you need it. Tell us your date in the project builder or by text.

Do I see it before you make it?

Your art is checked first, and for embroidery a sample sew-out confirms it before the run.
